Foster became pastor of the church there in town. As a young girl she was exposed to ministry and as a teenager, she had her own Sunday School Bus route. As she continued to work in the church, church day care, and the church office, the day came where her father asked her to become the Youth Pastor of the church. Through her fourteen years of being the Youth Pastor she started many youth programs that were used around the country. Variety Youth Conference was a cutting edge meeting that would revolutionize youth ministry in the UPCI. That was her creation and implementation that brought Youth Ministry to another level. She has a BA degree from ULM, University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has also become a premier speaker for Youth, Ladies, and Singles conferences here in the U.S. as well as around the world. She is currently the National Director for Single Adult Ministries in the UPCI. She is also the First Lady here at Bayside Apostolic Center, where her and her husband labor in the work of God daily! She is a Christian first! Her daily prayer and devotion time are the foundation for the rest of her ministry! She is committed and anointed! You will be blessed by her ministry.
